Do I need to get dirty with this? Some hot, Arthur on Merlin action with wrenches and toolbelts? Because I can (and sort of want to D:). And then she wrote THIS HOT LITTLE NUMBER. Wow, I could keep going with this verse. Like. Forever, if necessary.

OMG, your drawing of Merlin. With the muscles and hinted line of obliques... Oh, my! GORGEOUS!!!

I'm rather fixated on Arthur's gloves for some reason. Possibly because he's pulling them on, and the movement is all there. The same way Merlin in the act of pulling his shirt off is so wonderful.

What everyone else already said, really. And I somehow always seem to get hung up on how you draw clothes. I keep staring at their shirts.

Can I also comment on how you made Arthur somewhat slighter and Merlin more muscular.
Not a negative critique, I just think it's interesting, and am now psychoanalysing you through your drawings.

hey babe. noooo i totally know i got the physiques backwards D: I was trying to draw arthur at more of an angle at first, hence the not-so-broad shoulders, but then he just kind of kept facing forward and turned into a skinny little bugger. I didnt use a reference photo for that at all either, so this did not help my dilemma.

As for Merlin, it's kind of like the opposite. his shoulders just started off too broad and I didn't notice until the arms were drawn and was too lazy to start over :x

Thanks for the comments though, i totally appreciate concrit and stuff like that :3 And hahahah psychoanalyze away, but I am seriously not that good at drawing in comparison with real artists, so if something looks off? IT'S BC I FAIL AT DRAWING IT CORRECTLY.

Oooooooooh in my head, Arthur and Merlin are sitting in the rooms and something sexual tension-y happens and they'd been leading up this moment for months and month and years and forever and it's just like, OUT THERE. Like, maybe Arthur's hand just isn't leaving Merlin's shoulder, or maybe Merlin fell on him and he's just not climbing off, something fun and cliched like that.

So then Arthur goes "do it. come on. i dare you." and merlin will jerk back, clamber off. maybe like, pace for a little while arthur stares at him and then merlin will sit down on his bed, glare at arthur, and start taking his clothes off.

So Steampunk!Merlin is literally the best idea I've ever heard and HOLY CRAP that Arthur is gorgeous. He has the most amazing expression on his face...half contemptuous, half smirk, like, "Oh, I can take you." Which...guh. Puts on his gloves and then slides himself into his wings and throws himself into the wind because he is Prince of the Sky, dammit, and of the Ship called Camelot.
