I finally came up with a primer/FAQ for the Round-Up! It includes a list of all previously bolded titles too, which is something I'd been meaning to get around to for awhile.

The weather's been gorgeous, guys! Hope everyone is having a lovely Mother's Day. I got some brunch nearby with the guy I'd been dating, who broke up with me after (which was REFRESHING and MATURE and I feel SO RELIEVED <3 He's a nice guy). And you guys have been scary amazing about the doodles I posted, and it makes me just want to draw MOAR. *is in a happy place*

Summary: Arthur/Merlin preslash. See title.
Notes: Deadly sweet. The slash is subtle, the story being more character-driven than plot-driven. It's refreshing :) Arthur is especially believable and lovable <3

From Far-Off Lands by toestastegood (PG, 500 words)
Summary: Arthur/Merlin preslash. After visiting a foreign court, Arthur returns with a gift for Merlin.
Notes: This is so cute. CUTE, I SAY. CUTE. Bashful!ARTHURRRRRR *dies of cuteness*

Surrender by newkidfan (vid)
Summary: Arthur/Merlin, past Merlin/Will. Rated G. Will had hoped Merlin would leave Camelot and come back home, eventually.
Notes: This is beautiful. The first thing you'll notice is the paint daub filter used--it takes getting used to but I fell on the LIKE IT side of the fence. That, alongside experimental music, footage, and constant overlays transports the vid out of canon and into a whole new playing field. Done from Will's perspective, it perfectly nails his feelings towards him and Merlin, towards Arthur/Merlin. I love the splicing and antsy, restless camera. This vid is artistic, edgy, and provocative, like nothing you've seen yet comfortingly accessible. MEMORABLE LIKE WHOA.
