Seriously, I won't even get into it--we're talking territory WAY over on the other side of TL:DR, so I will spare you guys and just say that there isn't enough time in the day for fic. Yet, here we are <3

Merlin recs

So Close (But Not Enough) by toestastegood (PG, 500 words)
Summary: Arthur/Merlin. Arthur POV. Arthur nearly kisses Merlin before a tournament (and subsequently vows to seek vengeance on all trumpeters in the kingdom).
Notes: THE UST!! Merlin is a total tease in this, but it's adorable. Great tension, and I'm a fan of the author.

The Games of Love by grim_lupine (NC-17, ~1k)
Summary: Arthur/Merlin. Established relationship. Merlin likes to make Arthur jealous.
Notes: Like the summary says, this fic is jealousy-centric...which is ALWAYS fun. But oh gosh, I hope you can handle a little angst because the ending is quietly painful. This will definitely tug at the heartstrings. But in a good way!

This Was Not in the Job Description (AKA Buggery, Yay!) by ifyouweremine (NC-17, 1k)
Summary: Arthur/Merlin. Being Arthur’s manservant was generally alright, Merlin supposed, except for all the blowjobs.
Notes: The story starts with a cum facial and ends with Merlin falling asleep on Arthur. WHAT ARE YOU STILL DOING HERE, SILLY FANGIRL?


RPS recs

Day for Night by b_hallward (PG-13, 1k)
Summary: Bradley/Colin. Ten 100-word drabbles comprise a cohesive snapshot into Bradley and Colin's relationship.
Notes: Great writing. I love stark vignettes like this, just short exchanges of believable, relatable things. Really humanizes the characters--because Colin and Bradley are characters for all our intents and purposes--and the author's choice of scenes are so refreshing to the genre. A line I particularly like:

"Colin nudges at him in a way that means yeah fine hello now be quiet."

Herbal Essence by kingofsporks (NC-17, 2k)
Summary: Bradley/Colin!AU. Colin is the cameraman for an Herbal Essence commercial, and Bradley's the actor washing his hair (and giving Colin a hard-on).
Notes: PORN. Quick and dirty and hot, and Colin is adorable as the inadvertant perv behind camera, while Bradley knowingly teases him. You guys have seen the commercials, right? They're literally based on watching someone shampoo their hair while crying out climactically. Great premise for a fic, if I ever heard one!
