So, are there any lj journals out there that list a weekly wincest fic rec or something? I don't wanna miss any of the good ones :D

Have you tried spnnewsletter?

They do daily newsletter that gives recs for; wincest, gen, het, RPS, AUs...and they also include recs for icons, videos, screencaps, new SPN communities and a bunch more stuff...it's a really good source for recs I think.
