It was just this guy on a bike pedaling furiously through Broadway traffic, but it was nonetheless entertaining to see the camera chasing after him, attached to a crane on a car.

My co-worker asked one of the crew what was being filmed. He said "Premium Rush" so naturally, I looked it up on IMDB when I got back inside.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the first actor listed o_o

Update: meewunk showed me a video of JGL after a stunt gone wrong...I wonder if he was filming today's scene, I just didn't see him when the cameras were rolling? O_O

Also--my office is one block away from where he is in that video. Omg he's so nearby...I'm feeling faint.

Oh, that's so cool!!!! Nothing like that ever happens here. Ok, once, they filmed parts for a short German movie in the castle in my hometown, but I never really noticed it until it was over and there was an article in the newspaper. But I saw the movie later on tv and it was cool to see the castle. *g*
